PEMBREY YARD SALE – May 20th
We are planning a community-wide garage sale in conjunction with Chatham on SATURDAY MAY 20th!
Rain date May 21st.
We will be advertising on social media and have signage in front of the neighborhood.

PEMBREY CIVIC ASSOCIATION ANNUAL DUES
The PCA Board has established a $100 annual dues for FY23/24, please drop off your dues check payable to ‘Pembrey Civic Association’ noting your address in the memo line at the home Sandra Hudak 202 West Pembrey Dr. The PCA Deed Restrictions state that PCA Annual Dues are mandatory and the PCA by-laws state that annual dues are due at the time of the Annual Meeting which is March 20, 2023..
